We are pleased to share that our firm has acted for Vacaron Company Sdn Bhd (“Vacaron”), a joint venture between Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (“F&N”) and Frasers Property Holdings (Malaysia) Pte Ltd, and the owner of a 5.15-hectare leasehold land in Section 13, Petaling Jaya, in the proposed disposal of F&N’s 50% stake in Vacaron for approximately RM180 million to Tan & Tan Developments Berhad.

This transaction is a key part of F&N’s strategic shift to prioritise its core business in beverages, food, and integrated dairy farming and is expected to yield a gain of about RM83.24 million for F&N.

The proposed deal was attended and handled by our Dato’ Azmi Mohd Ali, assisted by Alfred Tan Hsiong Vei (Senior Associate), Karim Ariez (Managing Associate), and Jane Lau Bi Yien (Managing Associate).
