Zuhaidi Mohd Shahari has, since 1 November 2022, stepped into the role of our Co-Deputy Managing Partner which will see him lead our Firm with his fellow Governance Committee members and its founder Dato Azmi Mohd Ali, Managing Partner, Ahmad Lutfi Abdull Mutalip and the Co-Deputy Managing Partner, Serina Abdul Samad, to shape the next chapter of Azmi & Associates.

We are also delighted to announce the appointment of Abu Daud Abd Rahim, Norhisham Abd Bahrin, and Jonathan Law as members of the Governance Committee.

All appointments took effect on 1 November 2022.

The Governance Committee members of the Firm following the appointments are Dato’ Azmi Mohd Ali (Senior Partner), Ahmad Lutfi Abdull Mutalip (Managing Partner), Serina Abdul Samad (Co-Deputy Managing Partner), Zuhaidi Mohd Shahari (Co-Deputy Managing Partner), Abu Daud Abd Rahim, Norhisham Abd Bahrin and Jonathan Law.

Our Chief Operating Officer, Khalid Hashim is the Executive Secretary of the Governance Committee.

The Governance Committee is the leadership team of the Firm that oversees the strategic growth and direction of the Firm.
