Azmi & Associates has recently assisted THP Enstek Development Sdn Bhd, subsidiary of TH Properties Sdn Bhd, in the Sales and Purchase of 13.43 acres of land parcel in Phase 2 of techpark@enstek with Gobuilders Netsoft Sdn Bhd (GOLOG), a cold chain logistic platform.
In addition, TH Properties Sdn Bhd have signed sale and purchase agreements with four companies including Gobuilders Netsoft Sdn Bhd that purchased around 50 acres (20.23 hectares) of industrial and agriculture land in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan, totaling RM70.257 million in sales.
