On 19 August 2026, our Partner, Natalia Izra Dato’ Nasaruddin, was invited as one of the panellist at the Baker Tilly Insolvency & Restructuring Symposium 2026.

She joined fellow panellists Syed Fadzil Alhabshi of Sidek Teoh Wong & Dennis and Zalina Osman of SMEB Asset Management for a session titled “Creditor Power: Strategic Enforcement, Exit and Recovery”, moderated by Lim Litt of Baker Tilly Malaysia.

The session brought together perspectives on creditor rights, enforcement strategies, recovery and restructuring, with discussions highlighting some of the practical considerations arising in the evolving insolvency and restructuring landscape.
