On 30 March 2026, Azmi & Associates had the pleasure of hosting TerraLex CEO, Terri Pepper, at our Kuala Lumpur office. Following Terralex’s global meeting in Shanghai, which was also attended by our partner, Melinda D’Angelus, Terri made a special stop in Malaysia to visit us, as the sole Terralex member firm in the country. Her visit underscores the strength of our global network and the continued collaboration within the TerraLex community.

Terri was warmly welcomed by our Senior Partner, Dato’ Azmi Mohd Ali, who hosted a breakfast session to kick off the visit. In the afternoon, she engaged in a series of insightful and productive discussions across the firm, including separate sessions with our Governance Committee, partners, the Lawyers’ Engagement Committee, and our Senior Associates. These sessions provided valuable opportunities to exchange perspectives on leadership, firm strategy, and the evolving global legal landscape.

In the evening, Terri was hosted to dinner by Dato’ Azmi and our Managing Partner, Ahmad Lutfi Abdull Mutalip, alongside partners Melinda, Natalia Izra Dato’ Nasaruddin and M Inamul Hassan Shah, as well as Senior Associates Sherena Khairul Suman and Evelyn Ng, and our COO Zul Adenan with his Deputy, Afiq Azmir. The dinner, held at Seligi Pavilion @ MPC PETRONAS Twin Towers, offered a more informal setting to strengthen relationships and reflect on shared aspirations within the TerraLex network.
