Siti Nursyafiqah graduated with First Class Honours (Distinction) in Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Malaysia, where she was also awarded the prestigious Alumni Award from her university.

She completed her pupillage at Messrs. Murali B Pillai under the mentorship of the Senior/Managing Partner, gaining exposure to general litigation, corporate advisory, and insurance law, before being admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2023.

She then joined Messrs. Shearn Delamore & Co. in the Dispute Resolution team, where she assisted in complex litigation matters, including cases before the Federal Court, and worked closely with senior practitioners. Her exposure covers a broad range of commercial disputes, including but not limited to company law, tortious claims, banking and financial disputes, and insolvency matters. She has also been involved in various stages of trial preparation, procedural applications, and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation.

Syafiqah is now part of the Litigation and Arbitration Practice Group under the supervision of our Partner, Melinda Marie D’Angelus.
