Rohaizatull Shaza Atieyrah graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia with a Second Class (Upper Division) LL.B (Hons) in 2021.

Shaza spent the term of her pupillage at Messrs Arifin & Partners. Having a keen interest in general litigation, she was actively involved in this area, assisting in numerous court cases including but not limited to contract-based disputes, order for sale and property auction matters.

She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor of High Court of Malaya in February 2023, after which she joined Messrs MC Lai & Co where she gained an invaluable experience in handling conveyancing matters and civil litigation cases.

She handled a diverse range of litigation cases and property-related or business-related transactions including but not limited to:

• the debt recovery, bankruptcy, winding-up, judgment debtor summons and garnishee proceedings.
• the application for letter of administration, probate, divorce, child adoption, small estate and reinstatement of company.
• the drafting of written submissions and the representations for clients in Labor Department and Tribunal cases.
• the vetting and drafting of last wills and testament, sale and purchase agreement, deed of gift, transfer documents, loan agreement, tenancy agreement, shares sale agreement and settlement agreement.
• the application for business licenses for new company.

She joined the Firm in August 2026 and is currently part of the Financial Service practice group under the supervision of our Partner, Wan Nor Nadia W.Ramli.
