Qistina Nadhirah graduated with an LL.B. (Hons.) from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2026, earning First Class Honours. A high-achiever throughout her academic career, she was recognized with multiple Dean’s List placements and distinguished herself early on as the Best Student (Academic) in the International Foundation Programme. 

Previously, Qistina was attached to Wan Haron Sukri & Nordin in July 2024, a well-established legal firm in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, where she developed her litigation experience through exposure to a broad spectrum of civil and criminal matters. Proactively seeking to bridge the gap between academia and practice, in September 2025, Qistina further enhanced her litigation experience at Ariff Rozhan & Co., where she undertook another internship in preparation for pupillage. In a fast-paced and demanding environment, she was entrusted with drafting cause papers, preparing case summaries and conducting in-depth legal research for active files. During her tenure, she gained particular exposure to corporate and commercial disputes, arbitration and winding-up proceedings, broadening her legal perspective and refining her analytical approach.

Beyond legal practice, Qistina is a dedicated advocate for community development and educational equity. She has been actively involved in organising award-winning STEM initiatives for indigenous students in collaboration with Jabatan Kemajuan Orang Asli (JAKOA). Her leadership in these projects contributed to securing Silver Awards at both the 3^rd and 4^th University in Action Symposiums. Further, she also contributed to the organisation of the Pertandingan Debat Undang-Undang Selangor Bar 2025, reflecting her continued engagement with the legal fraternity.

With a strong interest in Litigation and Corporate practice, Qistina is dedicated to developing a comprehensive and well-rounded expertise in these areas. Her Master is our Co-Deputy Managing Partner, Abu Daud Abd Rahim.
