Dexter Toh graduated from the University of London with a Second Class (Upper Division) LL.B (Hons) in 2023 and subsequently obtained his Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2024.
Dexter was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in September 2025.
He undertook his pupillage in the litigation department of Messrs. Simrenjeet, Tay & Co under the guidance of Mr. Lim Tien Loong. During his pupillage, Dexter was involved in various areas of law such as corporate and commercial dispute resolution, corporate advisory and commercial crimes.
Prior to this, Dexter undertook internships with Messrs. Ho Partnership (currently known as Ho Partnership & Neoh), where he was exposed to construction law, and with Messrs. Yip & Company, where he was exposed to conveyancing and general advisory work.
During his university days, Dexter was passionate in debate, mooting, and public speaking. In 2022, as the lead oralist, Dexter and his team emerged as runners-up in the ALSA (Asian Law Students’ Association) Malaysia Witness Examination Competition 2022 (AMWEC 2022), which is simulated criminal trial where participants.
He is currently part of the Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group under the supervision of our Partner, Natalia Izra Dato’ Nasaruddin.
