Amir Fahmi graduated from University Malaya with a Second Class (Upper Division) LL.B (Hons) in 2023.
As a student, he frequently participated and organised events and activities with various legal and non-legal organizations such as Ombudsman for Financial Services (OFS), Security Commission (SC), SIDREC, All Women’s Action Society (AWAM), and Selangor Freelance.
Amir spent his internship at Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) Legal Strategy & Intellectual Property (LSIP) indulging in corporate governance assisting the team with corporate due diligence, trademark search, contract reviewing, and drafting internal policies involving IP and Competition law.
Amir is dedicated and ambitious with a strong passion for Cyber, Islamic Finance, Banking, and Corporate law. He is eager to contribute legal expertise and strategic thinking in a dynamic corporate environment. Amir possesses excellent research skills, a keen understanding of business laws, and a proven ability to work collaboratively in high-pressure situations.
