Ainaa Sarah graduated with an LL.B (Hons) from UiTM Shah Alam in 2026. She commenced her pupillage at Mathews & Associates in Seremban and is currently continuing her pupillage at our firm.

During her academic journey, Ainaa developed a keen interest in civil litigation, corporate and commercial law, as well as probate and estate administration. Her focus on probate and estate-related matters was significantly strengthened during her internship at the Seremban High Court, where she gained hands-on exposure to applications for grants of probate, letters of administration, estate procedures, and the general administration of court proceedings. Complementing her practical exposure, Ainaa also undertook extensive legal research on whistleblower protection laws in Malaysia and the United Kingdom, specifically analyzing the adequacy of existing legal protections afforded to whistleblowers in corruption cases.

Prior to joining Azmi & Associates, Ainaa gained extensive experience in civil litigation, matrimonial, contractual, and estate-related matters. Her hands-on background includes drafting key cause papers, pleadings, and divorce petitions, alongside managing critical trial preparation tasks such as organizing common bundles, analyzing evidence, and structuring witness examination questions. Additionally, she actively supported complex disputes involving breach of contract, debt recovery, and property fraud, while utilizing her legal research skills to assist in drafting comprehensive legal opinions and advisory materials for clients.
