He is also the author of several key practitioner texts, including a forthcoming book, The Law and Practice of International Trade and Shipping, to be published by Sweet & Maxwell. He serves as an arbitrator with prominent maritime and international arbitration institutions, including the AIAC, ICC, SCMA, LMAA, KCAB, AABD (Brunei), CAAI (Taiwan), and LCIA. He regularly appears before all levels of the Malaysian courts, including the Apex Federal Court.⁣
