On January 31, 2024, Azmi & Associates hosted an insightful knowledge-sharing session titled “ESG: Flavour of the Month or Non-negotiable Principle?” led by our Director, Pushpa Nair.

During the session, Pushpa elaborated on the fundamental principles and objectives of ESG, emphasizing the Triple Bottom Line: People, Planet, and Profits. She delved into internal ESG challenges such as costs, data limitations, and greenwashing, fostering a comprehensive understanding among participants.

The event included a refreshing tea break and concluded with an engaging Q&A session and interactive quizzes, allowing participants to further explore the topic.

Pushpa Nair brings a wealth of expertise in ESG compliance, technology trends, media strategies, telecommunications advancements, and corporate governance. Committed to staying abreast of industry advancements, she is currently pursuing certification in ESG Reporting with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and has completed a Certificate in The Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies from the Cambridge University Judge Business School.
