Our Senior Partner, Dato’ Azmi Mohd Ali was invited as the speaker for a session on “Hands-On Drafting & Analysis of Commercial & Corporate Contracts” on 22 August 2025 at the KL Bar Auditorium. The event was organised by the Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee and drew a strong turnout of over 100 participants. The session was moderated by Donny Kwa Soo Chuan, a merchant banker turned lawyer, who brought a unique perspective to the discussion.

The session attracted members of the KL Bar, young lawyers, pupils in chambers, and law students, who gained valuable insights into the practical aspects of drafting and analysing commercial and corporate contracts. The engagement was further enriched through interactive Q&A sessions, where participants actively exchanged views and sought guidance on real-world challenges in contract drafting.

This session reflects the importance of continuous knowledge-sharing within the legal community, and we look forward to more collaborations that contribute to the growth of future practitioners.
