On 9 January 2026, we held an engaging sharing session for our pupils on Introduction to Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice, led by our Partner, Norhisham Abd Bahrin. The session offered valuable insights into how corporate and M&A transactions come together in practice, drawing from real-world experience and deal dynamics.

With 21 trainee-solicitors currently based in our KL office, the interactive session provided our pupils with early exposure to the fundamentals of corporate law and M&A work, an essential foundation for their future legal careers. From understanding the structure of transactions to appreciating the commercial considerations behind major deals, the discussion went beyond theory into practical application.
