Earlier today (9.7.25), we had the pleasure of hosting a special sharing session with our Partner/member of the Governance Committee, Norhisham Abd Bahrin who engaged with our trainee solicitors on key insights and experiences from his extensive legal career. The session focused on a broad spectrum of legal corporate matters, particularly ESG, fund raising, investments, corporate and commercial transactions, as well as corporate governance and compliance.

Hisham’s practical perspectives and in-depth knowledge provided our young legal talents with valuable exposure to the complexities and responsibilities involved in legal advisory. His session also highlighted the importance of integrity, strategic thinking, and adaptability in today’s evolving corporate landscape.
