Azmi & Associates was pleased to participate in the TERAJU Xcelerate – Sinergi IPO programme organised by Unit Peneraju Agenda Bumiputera (TERAJU), an agency under the Ministry of Economy. The session took place on 11 February 2026 at M Resort & Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

The firm was represented by Senior Partner Dato’ Azmi Mohd Ali, Deputy Managing Partner Serina Abdul Samad, Partner M Inamul Hassan Shah, Senior Associate Chris Lim and Zhilal Adnan. Azmi & Associates is honoured to be one of four law firms selected for the programme, supporting participating Bumiputera companies in assessing their legal preparedness for an IPO exercise. During the session, our team had the opportunity to advise close to 20 companies.
