We are pleased to share that the Court of Appeal has allowed an appeal by Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) in relation to its claim for the recovery of approximately RM6.6 million arising from an unfulfilled profit guarantee connected to MARA’s RM33 million investment in a company founded by Naguib Nor.
