On 25 June 2025, Azmi & Associates Penang had the pleasure of organising a highly engaging Knowledge Sharing and Networking Session titled “Fundamentals of Commercial Contracts: A Practical Guide for In-House Counsel,” held at Ascott Gurney Penang.⁣

The session was led by our Partner, Redzuan Idrus, who drew from his extensive experience to share practical guidance on commercial contracts. Topics covered included essential drafting techniques, strategies for managing legal risks, and recent developments in case law.⁣
