Bintulu Port Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad, (partially owned by the Sarawak Government) benefits from this acquisition by improving its capacity to handle larger towing tasks and increasing operational efficiency.

The Firm drafted four Memoranda of Agreement and managed the sale and purchase process, including registration with the Marine Department in Kuching, Sarawak. Clear strategic guidance ensured a smooth and efficient completion, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
