The transaction entails the purchase of 1.58 acres of prime land located along the strategic Jalan Tun Razak in Kuala Lumpur from Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad, with a purchase consideration of RM73 million.

The land is strategically located along Jalan Tun Razak within close vicinity of National Heart Centre, the National Library, and Bernama (the Malaysia News Agency).

The Firm’s team is led strategically by Dato’ Azmi Mohd Ali working alongside with the executing partner, Wan Nor Nadia W.Ramli and assisted by Izzati Asyiqin Adzhar (Managing Associate) and Tengku Assila Tengku Adnan and Chempaka Nur Camelia (Associates).

The transaction was officially signed on January 31, 2025, and remains on a conditional basis, pending the fulfilment of certain precedent conditions.
