Azmi & Associates is pleased to announce the appointment of Mohamad Redzuan Idrus as its 27th Partner, effective August 26, 2024. Based in the Penang office, he will oversee operations in the Northern regions.

Mohamad Redzuan Idrus, a graduate of IIUM, with an LL.B (Hons) 2nd Class Upper, was among the top 10% of his class and received the Rector’s Award for Outstanding Co-curricular Activities in 2001.

With extensive experience in conveyancing, banking, corporate law, inheritance, Islamic finance, and estate/wealth management, he is known for his organizational skills and active involvement in events related to estate and wealth related matters. His deep understanding of the local market and strong connections with key government agencies, including Land Offices and regulatory bodies, will enhance our regional presence.

Previously a Senior Partner at Fariz Halim and Co, Mohamad Redzuan led significant legal strategies and managed high-profile cases. His long-standing client relationship with many local companies highlights his strategic impact on client growth and development.

His appointment reinforces Azmi & Associates’ position in the Penang and Northern regions, bringing valuable local insights and connections to the Firm.
