Azmi & Associates is honoured to have advised Menteri Besar Selangor Incorporated (MBI) on the redevelopment of Kompleks Sukan Shah Alam (KSSA), a transformative project that will reshape Shah Alam’s sports and urban landscape. On 16 May 2025, the Selangor State Government, through MBI, officially appointed Lembaran Prospek Sdn Bhd (LPSB) — a wholly owned subsidiary of MRCB Land Sdn Bhd and part of Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB) — as the project’s main contractor at a Letter of Acceptance Handover Ceremony.

The event was witnessed by the Raja Muda of Selangor Tengku Amir Shah, Selangor Menteri Besar YAB Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari, and State Secretary Dato’ Ahmad Fadzli Ahmad Tajuddin. This marks the official commencement of the KSSA redevelopment — a visionary project that will feature a 45,000-capacity stadium, integrated commercial and recreational components, and expansive green spaces.
