Azmi & Associates was pleased to participate in TERAJU Xcelerate – IPO Synergy 2.0, organised by Unit Peneraju Agenda Bumiputera (TERAJU), an agency under the Ministry of Economy, on 6 October 2026 at Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur. This marks our second participation in the programme, following the first session in February 2026 at M Resort & Hotel.

Representing the Firm were Partners Serina Abdul Samad and M Inamul Hassan Shah, together with Senior Associates Cecil Lim, Chris Lim and Zhilal Adnan. As one of three selected law firms, Azmi & Associates engaged with approximately 17 Bumiputera companies to assess their legal readiness for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and provide practical guidance on addressing identified legal gaps in preparation for their IPO aspirations.

Our participation reflects the Firm’s continued support for Bumiputera companies in strengthening their legal readiness and navigating the IPO process. We thank TERAJU for the opportunity to contribute to this initiative and look forward to supporting businesses in their growth and development.
