AzmiLaw acted for Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) in the disposal of Wisma UniRazak to Sime Darby Property Berhad for the consideration of RM160 million. The transaction forms part of PNB’s portfolio management strategy and involves a landmark property located along Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur.
