We are pleased to share that the High Court recently dismissed a RM9 million claim brought by a debt collection agency against Indah Water Konsortium Sdn Bhd (IWK), in a matter concerning the recovery of alleged outstanding sums. The Court found in favour of IWK and dismissed the action.

IWK was represented by our Litigation team led by Partner Natalia Izra Dato’ Nasaruddin, together with Senior Associate Tengku Nazmi. Their steady handling of the matter and thoughtful approach throughout the proceedings contributed to the successful outcome for our client.
