AzmiLaw recently hosted an in-house training session titled “Due Diligence for Mergers & Acquisitions” on 13 March 2026, organised by our Lawyers’ Engagement Committee as part of the AzmiLaw In-House Training 2026 series.

The session was conducted by members of our Private Equity & Venture Capital (PEVC) Practice Group, led by Partner M Inamul Hassan Shah, together with Senior Associate Zhilal Adnan, Fatin Hazwani Mohd Hakimi, and Associates Nurfarahin Zainal Abidin and Miza Farisya Mohd Fadzli.

The session was attended by 30 lawyers and pupils in chambers, providing a practical overview of the due diligence process in M&A transactions. The speakers shared valuable insights drawn from their experience, covering key areas of review, common issues encountered during transactions, and best practices in managing and reporting due diligence findings.
