Siti Sarah graduated from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) with a First Class in 2022.

She completed her pupillage at Messrs Fahda Nur & Yusmadi, where she was exposed to various aspects of litigation, particularly in corporate, commercial, and construction disputes, including arbitration and adjudication. She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in January 2024.

Throughout her practice, Sarah has had the opportunity to assist and be involved in complex disputes, including corporate and shareholder disputes, construction claims, and commercial litigation. She has worked closely with senior lawyers in handling cases involving contractual disputes, adjudication claims, and fraud allegations, contributing through legal research, drafting, and trial preparation. She continues to refine her advocacy skills by attending court proceedings at various levels and managing client communications.

Beyond her legal career, Sarah actively participates in professional development programs, including the Malaysian Bar’s Advocacy Training Course. She has also been involved in experiential learning initiatives such as civil procedure simulations and legal aid clinics, which have helped her develop practical legal skills. In addition to her professional pursuits, Sarah is a dedicated netball athlete, having represented the KL Bar and Malaysian Bar in inter-state and international tournaments, where her team secured multiple championships. She is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, always striving to improve and adapt in an ever-evolving legal landscape.

She is currently part of the Litigation & Arbitration 5 Practice Group under the supervision of our Partner, Natalia Izra Dato’ Nasaruddin.
