Anis Hanani is a First Class LL.B (Hons) graduate from the University of Bristol, and has completed her Certificate in Legal Practice while working full-time at PETRONAS as a Senior Legal Associate in the Legal Finance Department.

Anis has a wealth of experience in various areas of Banking and Finance, including the establishment of the largest Ringgit denominated Sukuk programmes amounting up to RM10 billion by a PETRONAS public listed company. Earlier this year, Anis was part of the project team spearheading the inaugural Tahawwut Master Agreement for Islamic derivatives between PETRONAS and CIMB Islamic.

During her university days, Anis was actively involved with the Secretariat Office in the United Kingdom & Eire Council of Malaysian Students (UKEC). With a foundation in Banking and Finance, Anis is eager to expand her knowledge and expertise in other areas of law. Her Master is our Senior Partner, Dato’ Azmi Mohd Ali.
