The Competition Act 2010, which came into force on 1st January 2012, provides Malaysia with a solid legal framework on how to protect the process of competition in the Malaysian market. This Act provides prohibition against any collusive conduct between enterprises and control against abuse of dominant power by a dominant enterprise.
