HAJI MOHD RASHEED KHAN MOHD IDRIS
Education : Barrister-at-Law, Inn's School of Law, London, Lincoln's Inn, London.
Working Experiences: Served as Trust Officer in the Official Administrator and Public Trustee’s Office for 3 years, joined the Malaysian Judicial and Legal Services for 4 years as Magistrate, Deputy Public Prosecutor and Senior Assistant Registrar of the High Court. He was also the Legal Advisor of Shell Malaysia and has worked in the offices of Shell International, London and The Hague.

JASWINDER SINGH AHLUWALIA
Education: LL.B (Hons) from University of London, CLP (Malaya)
Working Experiences: First served Bumiputra Commerce Bank Bhd in various positions namely Accountant, Relief Manager and Senior Auditor. Later then served Utama Merchant Bank Bhd, a bank within the Utama Group as Company Secretary and Legal Adviser.

KAMALUL ARIFFIN OTHMAN
Education: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from University of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Working Experiences: Served the national power company Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) for over 20 years with his last position as General Manager of the Legal Services Department, Corporate Services Division. Prior to joining TNB, he had been a Legal Advisor for the Ministry of Finance and Energy, Telecommunications and Post, and has also served as Magistrate with the Legal and Judicial Services of the Government of Malaysia.

ROSINAH MOHD SALLEH
Education: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Kent at Canterbury, England, Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Applied Sciences, Esslingen in Germany
Working Experiences: She was an Associate at the legal firm of Messrs Nik Saghir & Ismail and was also the Legal Manager of RHB banking group. She then left RHB to work with the Hong Kong legal firm of Messrs Ng & Shum at its Guangzhou, PRC Branch.

ARNI ARIFFIN
Education: Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Liverpool John Moore’s University, CLP from University of Malaya
Working Experiences: She held several important posts during her career with Khazanah Nasional Bhd, namely as a Director of Motosikal dan Enjin Nasional Sdn Bhd (“MODENAS”), a Director of Proton Edar Sdn. Bhd, and a Director of AIC Technology Sdn Bhd. She was also the Company Secretary, Director and General Manager of BBMB Securities. She was also formerly the Legal Executive for Golden Hope Plantations Berhad, as well as Manager of the Secretarial Department of Sime Bank Berhad. Prior to moving in-house, she practiced law at the firm of Messrs. Ariff & Co.

NOREETA MOHD NOR
Education: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Warwick at Coventry, England
Working Experiences: Noreeta’s core areas are in real estate transactions. She was involved in various housing project developments notably Vista Millennium, Koi Kinrara, and was responsible for advising housing developers from the inception of the project to completion. She has been acting for various financial institutions with respect to bridging loans and end financing as well as advising on loan documentations.
